چکیده
Weed and soil-borne pathogens could synergistically affect vegetable growth result in serious losses. Investigation of agricultural bioactive metabolites from marine-derived fungus Alternaria iridiaustralis yielded polyketides (1−4), benzopyrones (5−7), meroterpenoid derivatives (8), alkaloid (9). The structures absolute configurations new 1, 3, 5−6, 8 were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, as well comparisons between measured calculated ECD 13C NMR data. Compounds 1−4, 6, 9 showed herbicidal potentials against the radicle Echinochloa crusgalli seedlings. Especially exhibited inhibition rates over 90% at concentrations 20 40 μg/mL, even better than commonly used chemical herbicide acetochlor. Furthermore, also performed a wide spectrum malignant weeds Digitaria sanguinalis, Portulaca oleracea, Descurainia sophia. 5−8 antifungal activities carbendazim-resistant strains Botrytis cinerea, with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging 32 to 128 which those carbendazim (MIC = 256 μg/mL). 6 integrated effects both weed. Overall, A. iridiaustralis, produces 1−9, potential for use microbial pesticide control weed pathogens.

Abstract In the present study, eleven compounds (1-11) including nine alkaloids (1-9), one triterpenoid saponin (10) and one formamide (11) were isolated from Talaromyces sp. LGT-2, an endophytic fungus from Tripterygium wilfordi. Their structures were determined based on NMR and ESI-MS spectral data, as well as comparing with previous literature data. This is the first report of the isolation ...

متن کاملExploring the Chemodiversity and Biological Activities of the Secondary Metabolites from the Marine Fungus Neosartorya pseudofischeri
The production of fungal metabolites can be remarkably influenced by various cultivation parameters. To explore the biosynthetic potentials of the marine fungus, Neosartorya pseudofischeri, which was isolated from the inner tissue of starfish Acanthaster planci, glycerol-peptone-yeast extract (GlyPY) and glucose-peptone-yeast extract (GluPY) media were used to culture this fungus. When cultured...

Bioassay-guided isolation of the secondary metabolites from the fungus Dichotomomyces sp. L-8 associated with the soft coral Lobophytum crassum led to the discovery of two new compounds, dichotones A and B (1 and 2), together with four known compounds including dichotocejpin C (3), bis-N-norgliovictin (4), bassiatin (5) and (3R,6R)-bassiatin (6). The structures of these compounds were determine...
متن کاملSecondary Metabolites from a Marine-Derived Endophytic Fungus Penicillium chrysogenum QEN-24S
Penicillium chrysogenum QEN-24S, an endophytic fungus isolated from an unidentified marine red algal species of the genus Laurencia, displayed inhibitory activity against the growth of pathogen Alternaria brassicae in dual culture test. Chemical investigation of this fungal strain resulted in the isolation of four new (1-3 and 5) and one known (4) secondary metabolites. Their structures were id...
